We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Much of the Personally-Identifying Information collected by Infinite Soul Vibes LLC about users is information provided by users when (1) registering for our mailing and email lists, contests, sweepstakes, and product update,  (2) communicating with us, and (3) creating a public profile. That information may include each user’s name, address, email address and telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, financial information such as your payment methods (valid credit card number, type, expiration date, Infinte Soul Vibes E-Gift Cards or other financial information). We also may request information about your interests and activities, your gender, age, date of birth, username, hometown and other demographic or relevant information as determined by Infinite Soul Vibes LLC from time to time. Users of the Product are under no obligation to provide Infinite Soul Vibes LLC with Personally-Identifying Information of any kind, with the caveat that a user’s refusal will prevent the user from using all product features.

ISV Stars Rewards Program:

Rewards points are non transferable. Once you have redeemed your rewards, rewards are Final. We will not re issue you a new set of points if you made a mistake and redeemed you rewards.

Contests, Giveaways, Special Offers, and Surveys. On occasion, we will provide you with the opportunity to participate in a contests, giveaways, receive a special offer, or provide us with feedback via a survey. To make these services available to you, we will use the email address and name you provided us when you registered.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Also,  we use this Order Information to:

DATA RETENTION:   When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
