Once your order is shipped, a Tracking # will be sent to the email address that you used to place your order. Follow the provided tracking number to check your delivery order status.

Tracking # showed my order was DELIVERED but my ORDER has not been located/found:

Perhaps a member of your household or a neighbor accepted your delivery. Check your surveillance camera(s). Last of all, question your Local Courier for shipment answers.

Damaged/ Problem Order:

If you have received a delivery that contained damaged, defect, wrongly packaged or a mistake with engravings. Please report this issue within 3 days of receipt with your Order # and Proof of photo image(s) attached. If not reported, we will not issue replacements. Please email support@infinitesoulvibes.com

International Orders:
